Property and Cancellation Policies

Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 10 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 70% of Full Stay - If cancelled within 20 days of arrival

No Charge - If cancelled within 30 days of arrival

1.     NoLoud Noise after 9pm. Quiethours start at 10pm PST.

2.     NoFood or Drinks in thebedrooms unless there is a minibar in your room.
3.     NoSmoking or Vaping indoors.No smoking at the Fish-Pond Gazebo area. The other two ‘marked’ gazebos in thegarden are designated for smokers.
4.     NoParties or Events unlessspecified otherwise by the management.
5.     NoPets unless specifiedotherwise by the management.
6.     Thisis Illuminati Guest House, if your pillows are so fluffy, they might just behiding government secrets.
7.     Thereis Free Street Parking. If you didn’t reserve a parking spot in advance,please give priority to vehicles which did. EV Charging or Carwash Equipment is$10 per use. Bicycle is complimentary.
8.     SelfCheck-Out is in practice.Check-out time is 8am to 11am PST.
9.     Visitorsof Guests Are Not Welcome indoors of this property.
10.   Please Shower Before, and After Using the Amenities (gym, hot-tub, swimming-pool, sauna).
11.   For your safety and liability purposes AmenitiesCan Only Be Used Under Supervision, which means the staff may check-in, andkeep an eye on you for safety reasons.
12.   Guests will need to book a time for theuse of the amenities suchas the swimming pool, hot-tub, sauna, steam-room, and/or gym. Reservations are tobe done minimum of 1 hour in advance.
13.   We work with 2 massage threpists who offer(a)Relaxation massage, (b)Deep-tissue massage, and (c)Sports-massage. Ratesdiffer. Guests need to inquire/book before 5pm PST.
14.   Acces to Amenities are Closed Between 10pm to 9amPST unless specified otherwise.
15.   We believe in DOG. All guests must beapproved by "Bonne Chance" who is our public relations manager,and supreme ruler.
16.  Our establishment has a strict no cancellation policy. We offer in-house credit for future travels.
